1. Final Sale Policy

All items are sold on a FINAL SALE basis. Once an order is completed and processed, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for non-defective items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference, or deciding the machine is no longer needed after purchase.

Why all sales are final: Our premium sports machines ship directly from our manufacturing facility in China. Due to the significant weight and size of the equipment, international return shipping fees and import customs duties frequently exceed the product's actual value. Furthermore, heavy machinery faces an exceptionally high risk of structural or cosmetic damage during reciprocal international transit.

To guarantee your peace of mind and minimize any inconvenience, every machine undergoes a full pre-shipment quality inspection and is packed in heavy-duty, transit-tested packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

2. Important Logistics & Fulfillment Notes

To ensure the fastest possible support and minimize international shipping friction, our return and resolution model operates under the following strict guidelines:

  • No International Returns to China: We do not accept international returns of the full machine back to our manufacturing facility in China under any circumstances.
  • US-Based Fulfillment & Resolution: All approved claims, replacement parts, and technical support resolutions are processed, managed, and fulfilled directly within the United States.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive your order and discover that the item is damaged or defective—meaning there are clear defects in appearance, functionality, or structure upon arrival that prevent normal use—please do not use the product and contact our customer service immediately. Once the equipment has been powered on for testing, only functional or structural failures will be recognized as arrival defects; any cosmetic damage caused by manual use or operation is strictly excluded from after-sales claims.
