Final Sale Policy

All items are sold on a FINAL SALE basis. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for non-defective items. All sales are final once completed.

Limited Warranty

We provide a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty includes:
  • Free replacement parts for defective components
  • Remote technical support

Important Notes

  • No international returns of the full machine to China.
  • All warranty-related services are processed and fulfilled within the United States.
