Hidden Oscillator
The built-in oscillator of JT-L6 tennis ball machine make the launching direction more unexpected because of this hidden design. Thus, it can also train your reaction. The random modes make the training/practicing more challenging.

Why all sales are final: Our premium sports machines ship directly from our manufacturing facility in China. Due to the significant weight and size of the equipment, international return shipping fees and import customs duties frequently exceed the product's actual value. Furthermore, heavy machinery faces an exceptionally high risk of structural or cosmetic damage during reciprocal international transit.
To guarantee your peace of mind and minimize any inconvenience, every machine undergoes a full pre-shipment quality inspection and is packed in heavy-duty, transit-tested packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

General Warranty
At JBOTSPORTS, we are committed to delivering quality products. Each tennis ball machine is assembled with rigorous quality control measures at each step of the manufacturing process, ensuring every component's durability and dependability.
We warrant that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Component-Specific Warranties
- Service Wheels Warranty: Service wheels come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Battery Warranty: Integrated internal batteries purchased directly from JBOTSPORTS come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We recommend that customers outside the U.S. consider ordering a battery from a local vendor for local support.
Demo Machines Warranty
All demo machines ordered directly from JBOTSPORTS or from our authorized seller are also covered by the full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Evidence of purchase, such as an order receipt, is required.
Warranty Services
Any component of the tennis ball machine proving to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only, and proof of purchase, such as an order receipt ID, is required.

If a warranty repair involves a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alterations, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God, or other casualty.
- Failure by the customer to follow operating instructions provided by us with each machine.
- Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than those indicated in the user manual.
- Battery and service wheels, which have a separate 6-month warranty coverage.
