Two control modes

Jbotsports JT-02 model has two options for controlling the machine, remote control or App. The remote control will be included in the package and app is free to download for either IOS or Android system. (Details please refer to the user manual in the product package)

Fast-Assemble Battery

With years of listening to customers voice, Jbotsports found out a solution that the battery could be taken out quickly and be charged separately, not charging with the machine together.

The battery can be used for 2-4 hours if fully charged. It usually takes 4 hours to get fully charged. As a reminder, don’t wait to charge until battery is lower than 5%.

The charger is suitable for AC110-240V, the output voltage is DC 24V, and the plug is DC 5.5*2.1.

What is "Internal Oscillation" and why does it matter?

Unlike traditional machines that pivot the entire body (making it easy for opponents to telegraph the shot), J-BOT uses internal oscillation. The outer shell remains stationary while the firing mechanism moves inside. This hides the direction of the ball, forcing you to improve your footwork and reaction time.

How does the spin control work?

J-BOT machines utilize a dual-motor counter-rotating wheel system. By adjusting the speed differential between the top and bottom wheels, you can generate heavy Topspin (dip and kick) or aggressive Backspin (slice/underspin) across multiple intensity levels.

How do I connect the J-BOT App to my machine?

Power on your J-BOT machine.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone (Android users must also enable Location Services).
Open the "Jbotsports Pro" App. The app will automatically scan and pair with the machine's signal. No manual pairing in your phone's Bluetooth settings is required.

What should I do if the App fails to connect?

Ensure no other smartphone is currently connected to the machine (J-BOT supports one active connection at a time). Check that your machine’s battery is above 20%. If issues persist, restart the machine and force-close the app.

Are there pre-programmed training modes?

Yes. Our App features a "Training Camp" library designed by professional coaches. These include "Cross-court Drills," "Inside-out Forehand," and "High Lob" sequences that can be activated with a single tap.

What is the battery life and charging protocol?

What type of tennis balls should I use?

J-BOT is compatible with standard pressurized balls, pressureless balls, and Tretorn/low-compression balls. Important: Avoid using wet or extremely dirty balls, as they can cause slippage on the firing wheels and reduce accuracy.

Is the machine portable?

Absolutely. Our S and L series feature oversized "all-terrain" wheels and a telescopic trolley handle, making it easy to transport across grass, gravel, or court surfaces.

The machine is beeping and won't fire. What's wrong?

This is usually a safety self-check alert. Ensure the "Firing Mouth" is clear of any balls or debris during startup. Turn the power off, clear any obstructions, and restart.

How do I clean the serving wheels?

Over time, felt from tennis balls can build up on the wheels. With the power OFF, use a damp cloth or a fine-grit sandpaper to gently remove the residue from the surface of the wheels to maintain consistent grip and spin.

The "REST" button popped out. What happened?

This is the Overload Protection circuit breaker. It trips if a ball is jammed or the motor is overheated. Clear the jam, wait 2 minutes, and press the REST button back in to resume play.
