General Warranty
At JBOTSPORTS, we are committed to delivering quality products. Each tennis ball machine is assembled with rigorous quality control measures at each step of the manufacturing process, ensuring every component's durability and dependability.
We warrant that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Battery Warranty
Batteries purchased directly from JBOTSPORTS come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. We recommend that customers outside the U.S. consider ordering a battery from a local vendor for local support.
Demo Machines Warranty
All demo machines ordered directly from JBOTSPORTS or from our authorized seller are also covered by the full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Evidence of purchase, such as an order receipt, is required.
Warranty Services
Any component of the tennis ball machine proving to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only, and proof of purchase, such as an order receipt ID, is required.

Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. We offer fast, 24/7 customer service. Email communication is preferred for a quicker response from our entire team.
If a warranty repair involves a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If the problem is more extensive or you would like us to install the part, you will need to pay for shipping the item to us. We will cover repair costs and return shipping.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alterations, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God, or other casualty.
- Failure by the customer to follow operating instructions provided by us with each machine.
- Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than those indicated in the user manual.
- Battery and service wheels, which have a separate 6-month warranty coverage.
