Thank you for choosing Jbotsports. We are dedicated to delivering premium sports equipment to our customers worldwide. Please review our comprehensive policy regarding sales, returns, and refunds before placing your order.

1. Final Sale Policy

All items are sold on a FINAL SALE basis. Once an order is completed and processed, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for non-defective items. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind.
• Personal preference, or deciding the machine is no longer needed after purchase.

Why all sales are final: Our premium sports machines ship directly from our manufacturing facility in China. Due to the significant weight and size of the equipment, international return shipping fees and import customs duties frequently exceed the product's actual value. Furthermore, heavy machinery faces an exceptionally high risk of structural or cosmetic damage during reciprocal international transit.

To guarantee your peace of mind and minimize any inconvenience, every machine undergoes a full pre-shipment quality inspection and is packed in heavy-duty, transit-tested packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

2. Important Logistics & Fulfillment Notes

To ensure the fastest possible support and minimize international shipping friction, our return and resolution model operates under the following strict guidelines:

• No International Returns to China: We do not accept international returns of the full machine back to our manufacturing facility in China under any circumstances.
• US-Based Fulfillment & Resolution: All approved claims, replacement parts, and technical support resolutions are processed, managed, and fulfilled directly within the United States.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive your order and discover that the item is damaged or defective—meaning there are clear defects in appearance, functionality, or structure upon arrival that prevent normal use—please do not use the product and contact our customer service immediately. Once the equipment has been powered on for testing, only functional or structural failures will be recognized as arrival defects; any cosmetic damage caused by manual use or operation is strictly excluded from after-sales claims.

• Capture Evidence: Take clear photos or videos showing the specific damage or defect in its original condition.
• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order details and media proof.

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will provide an efficient after-sales solution, which may include compensation for damage or shipping precision-fit replacement parts.

JBOTSPORTS Warranty Policy

General Warranty

At JBOTSPORTS, we are committed to delivering quality products. Each tennis ball machine is assembled with rigorous quality control measures at each step of the manufacturing process, ensuring every component's durability and dependability.

We warrant that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Battery Warranty

Batteries purchased directly from JBOTSPORTS come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. We recommend that customers outside the U.S. consider ordering a battery from a local vendor for local support.

Demo Machines Warranty

All demo machines ordered directly from JBOTSPORTS or from our authorized seller are also covered by the full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Evidence of purchase, such as an order receipt, is required.

Warranty Services

Any component of the tennis ball machine proving to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only, and proof of purchase, such as an order receipt ID, is required.

Customer Support

Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. We offer fast, 24/7 customer service. Email communication is preferred for a quicker response from our entire team.

If a warranty repair involves a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If the problem is more extensive or you would like us to install the part, you will need to pay for shipping the item to us. We will cover repair costs and return shipping.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alterations, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God, or other casualty.
2. Failure by the customer to follow operating instructions provided by us with each machine.
3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than those indicated in the user manual.
4. Battery and service wheels, which have a separate 6-month warranty coverage.
